Fanigan has the property of increasing the content of digoxin and lithium in the serum. With simultaneous appointment of Fanigan with with anticoagulants , the risk of bleeding increases, therefore regular monitoring of the blood coagulation condition is necessary.

Fanigan also significantly increases the toxic effect on the kidneys of cyclosporin .

Side effects of

Usually the application of Fanigan is tolerated well. In some cases, nausea, vomiting, intestinal disorders ( diarrhea or constipation ), ulcerative colitis worsens. There may also be a headache, dizziness , sometimes drowsiness , weakness, irritability, sleep and sensation, taste sensations, vision, appears skin rash , bullous rash , urticaria , eczema .

In the blood plasma sometimes increases the level of liver enzymes, in rare cases there is hepatitis .There are also possible manifestations of tachycardia , increased blood pressure, pain in the chest area, bronchospasm , systemic anaphylactic reaction with lowering of arterial pressure. In some cases, the symptoms of vasculitis, pneumonitis, acute renal failure, proteinuria, hematuria, nephrotic syndrome and , may decrease the number of leukocytes, platelets in the peripheral blood, develop hemolytic or aplastic anemia , may also occurdevelopment of agranulocytosis .

After ingestion, the drug is quickly and completely absorbed. Eating does not affect the speed of absorption. Concentrations of active substances in blood plasma have a directly proportional relationship with the dose of the drug used. The maximum concentration is reached in 60-90 minutes after administration. The drug, getting into the blood, almost 100% binds to plasma proteins, in addition, it has the ability to get into the synovial fluid .The maximum concentration of Fanigan in the synovial fluid comes 2-3 hours later than in the blood.

Diclofenac is 60% excreted in the urine, and the remaining 40% – with feces and bile. Paracetamol is destroyed in the liver, and is excreted from the body with urine.
